What is a mobile kids spa party

A mobile spa party is a spa party that’s held on our spa bus and parks in front of your home or place of event and stays stationary for the duration of the event. Spa parties consist of mini manicures, mini pedicures, light glam make-up and sometimes mini facials and more.

How do I prepare for my party

Please have all nail polish removed from hands and feet depending on service. If you are having a hair add-on service please have child's hair prepared prior (we only add on attachments). In addition have the party area and/or driveway clear for setup. We will have everything else needed for your party/spa experience including polishes, music, and much more. Our bus comes equipped with all the things we need to service each guest.

Where will the spa bus parties be held

The Pamper Glamper Parties are held at your home or location of your choice as long as it is permissible. We bring the spa and party to you! Please be sure to secure parking/hotel clearance for the camper prior to us arriving. We typically park right in front of your drive-way and block it off. If there is a need to park in the drive-way we will need enough space to maneuver without error and we may need an extra set of eyes to assist. In addition our hitch clearance is low so the hitch may scrape the driveway.

How do I pay for my party

You can make payment using our secure book online link above in the home navigation bar. We accept all major credit cards, or paypal, cash will not be accepted. We offer two part payment options with a 1/2 down deposit to lock in your dates. However all final payments will need to be secured 1 week prior (7 days) to party start date or you risk forfeiting your time and date slot. 

How far in advance do I need to book

All parties will need to be booked 1 week prior to party date, time and date and schedule permitted. Email or call for last minute bookings if a date and/or time is available

What happens if a guest arrives late

We will attempt to accommodate, however we are booked on a tight schedule. They may join the party and as time permits we will fit them in with services if possible.

Do I need to stay during the party

The party host (This may or may not be you or someone else) is required to be at the location of set-up upon arrival. Due to limited space, we ask that you do not stay on the glam trailer, but frequent check ins are permitted.

How far does The Pamper Glamper Travel

The Pamper Glamper has a 25 mi radius one way from zip code 92336. Every mile exceeding 25 miles will be charged an addtl. $4/ per mile, not to exceed 50 miles one way. For all areas beyond the 25 mi radius due to traffic an additional service charge will be added for extra time allotment arriving and departing, this option will be added separately.

Party Bus Rules & Regulations

Deposit  You forfeit your full deposit for any and all incidentals within or external to The Pamper Glamper Camper as long as it is on your property

Final Payments are due one full week(7 days) before party date, any changes need to be made prior to that and will be considered based on availability

 

Cancellations/Date and time changes This will be reviewed on an individual basis and at the discretion of the owner & operator. Regardless of case all deposits are forfeited if party is cancelled. If you would like to rebook we can apply your deposit toward a future date. In the event you absolutely have to cancel please do so by the week prior to the party date. 

 

Liability  We are not to be held liable for any situations involving food allergies, product allergies, children with disabilities and/or pre-existing injuries. Please make us aware prior to booking so that we can be advised and plan accordingly or inquire if supervision is necessary. 

You are responsible for every individual you have on the bus, any children under the age of 4 must be supervised at all times by a parent or guardian. It will make for a better party experience if children are well rested, so please ensure parties are scheduled after nap times for the tiny ones

 

This is a mobile bus or trailer and while we will be parked and stationary throughout the duration of the party the trailer does rock and shake so we ask that your children understand the severity of being too rambunctious.

 

Parking/Space We ask that you gain permission from neighborhood associations, Sub-divisions, HOA, neighbors, apartment complexes, hotels etc. for trailer being parked for the duration of the event and any and all noise ordinances that need to be adhered to. We will need a space that is level and flat and approx. 25ft. to park the vehicles please ensure that this space is cleared prior to our arrival. Any time spent doing this will eat into your party time and all times are set as hard starts and stops due to parties starting before and/or after. We will need at least a 3hrs time allottment for set-up, party time, and clean-up after party.
