Saturday mornings are for cereal and well Sundays for us are for big yummy breakfasts. But I found a way to do both. This recipe right here is the BEST french toast recipe I've had. It was soft,but yet crunchy, and sweet and cinnaminni (if that can be a word). You can even take it up a notch and make it really adult and add a little Rum-Chata in your mix and this really is a game changer. So with no further adieu see the recipe below. CINNAMON CRUNCH FRENCH TOAST
HERE'S WHAT YOU NEED:
✨General Mills Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cereal
✨2 Eggs
✨1 1/2 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
✨1/4 Cup Sweetened Condensed Milk
✨1 Loaf Brioche Bread
✨1/2 Tablespoon Cinnamon
✨1/2 Tablespoon Vanilla
✨1 Tablespoon melted butter
Optional 1 shot Rum-Chata
HERE'S WHAT YOU DO:
✨Beat eggs
✨Use food processor, bullet or glass bottom depending on how big you want your crumbs or cereal dust
✨Add both Milks, Vanilla, melted butter, vanilla, and cinnamon
✨Dip Bread on both sides
✨Take out then dip in cereal mix on both sides
✨Use a griddle pan or electric griddle sprayed with pam to brown on both sides
✨Place in oven on a rack @325 to finish off
HOMEMADE WHIPPED CREAM
HERE'S WHAT YOU NEED:
✨Heavy Whipping Cream
✨Powdered Sugar
✨Whip with a beater or whisk until soft peaks or stiff
