Waiver & Release Details

Makeup and Hair Consent

I give permission for my child to receive kid-friendly make-up, glitter, face gems, temporary tattoos, nail polish and hair services (if added) during the party. I understand products are non-toxic and kid-safe.

Photo Release Form for Minors

Photos and videos are taken during each party. Please let us know whether we may share photos of your child on our website and social media.

Food Allergy Waiver

Please list any known food, skin or product allergies. The Pamper Glamper is not liable for allergies that were not disclosed before the party.

Health & Hygiene

Please keep your child home if they are feeling unwell. We disinfect all surfaces and use disposable brushes for every child.

Liability

I release The Pamper Glamper LLC from liability for injuries or reactions resulting from undisclosed conditions, allergies or pre-existing injuries, and I agree to the party rules.
