About Our Spa Parties

What is a mobile kids spa party?
It’s a spa party held inside our glam spa trailer, which parks at your home or event location for the whole party. Services typically include mini manicures, mini pedicures, light glam make-up and, in some packages, mini facials.
Packages vary, but generally include mini manis and/or pedis or nail polish play, DIY face masks or mini facials, glitter and gem make-up or temporary tattoos, music, games, singing and dancing, a spa water (punch) birthday toast, and robes and spa headbands on board. Some packages add crafts like slime, cosmetic bag decorating or lip gloss making.
Our main age range is 4–12, and some packages extend it — the Malibu Barbie Experience is for ages 3–10 and the Skincare Tween Glow-up is for ages 8 and up.
Parties typically last 1 hr 45 min to 2 hrs depending on the package. The Mini VIP Experience can run up to 2.5 hours for larger groups.
Yes! We use non-toxic, kid-friendly products that are gentle on children’s skin, including Pipa Skincare and Evereden. Every child gets disposable makeup brushes.
Yes — a fun photo session is included as part of every glam spa party experience.
Absolutely. Ask about our Princess add-on, Malibu Barbie package, In My Tween Era (Taylor Swift) package and custom themes.

✦ Booking

Booking, Travel & Payment

How far in advance do I need to book?
We recommend booking 1–2 months ahead. We accept bookings at least 1 week before the party, depending on date, time and availability. For last-minute parties, call or email to see if a slot is open.
Pay through our Book Online page. We accept major credit cards and PayPal (no cash). Half down holds your date and the final payment is due 7 days before the party, or you may lose your date and time.
Our service radius is 25 miles one way from zip code 92336. Each mile beyond 25 is an extra $4, up to a maximum of 50 miles one way.
At your home or another location you choose, as long as it’s allowed. Please secure parking, HOA or hotel clearance before we arrive. We usually park in front of your driveway; if we need the driveway it must have room to maneuver.
A level, flat space about 25 feet long, cleared before arrival. Allow at least 3 hours for setup, the party and cleanup. Start and end times are firm.
Remove any nail polish from hands and feet beforehand. If you add a hair service, have hair prepared ahead of time. Clear the party area and/or driveway — we bring the polish, music and everything else!
The host must be at the location when we arrive. Parents shouldn’t stay on the glam trailer because space is limited, but you’re welcome to check in often.
We’ll do our best to accommodate, but the schedule is tight. Late guests can join and receive services if time allows.

Party Bus Rules & Regulations

  • Deposits are forfeited for any incidentals inside or outside the trailer while on your property.
  • Final payment is due 7 days before the party; changes must be made before then and depend on availability.
  • Cancellations are reviewed case by case. Deposits are forfeited if cancelled but may be applied to a future date if you rebook (cancel by the week before).
  • We are not liable for food or product allergies, disabilities or pre-existing injuries — please disclose these before booking.
  • Guests are the host’s responsibility. Children under 4 must be supervised by a parent at all times.
  • The trailer may rock and shake — please ask children to stay calm and not roughhouse.
  • Hosts must get permission from HOAs, neighbors, apartment complexes or hotels and follow local noise rules.
